We may collect personal information from you including, without limitation, non-public information that helps THR identify you, such as your gender, first and last name, birth date, home address and telephone number, email address, business address and telephone number, billing information, credit card information, reservation and stay information, travel agency information, guest preferences, frequent flier information, social media usernames, and other non-public information.
We may collect non-personal information about your use of the Sites such as your IP address, usage statistics, browsing history, type of computer operating system you use (e.g., Microsoft Windows or Mac OS), the type of browser you use, and the domain name of your internet service provider.

We collect personal information from you in a variety of ways, such as, for example, when you make a reservation on the Sites, sign up to receive emails, promotions, alerts, announcements and newsletters, apply for positions with THR via the Site or by email, and communicate with us via email, facsimile, or through the Sites.

THR automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser as well as through other analysis of the Sites. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each promotional email from THR. Please note that unsubscribe requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective. Additionally, we may take personally identifiable information and de-identify it and share it in a de-identified or aggregated form with third parties, advertisers and/or business partners in order to analyze Sites’ usage, demographics, or improve our products or services, improve our user experience, or for similar purposes. We will not re-identify such data and we will ask our contracting parties to agree to keep the data in its de-identified form.
The Site is not directed toward children under 18 years of age nor does THR knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to submit any personally identifiable information to THR. If you are under 21 years of age, you may browse the Sites but you may not register an account on the Site or provide information to THR, unless specifically stated otherwise.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION
THR uses reasonable administrative, physical and electronic security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information. No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of THR to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect personal information, neither THR nor our service providers can ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet. UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

We will use reasonable efforts to process any change you make; provided, however, that requests to delete information are subject to THR’s internal reporting, processing and retention policies and all applicable legal obligations.
We may, from time to time, display links to other sites that may be of interest to you. THR seeks to link only to reputable organizations but we make no warranty or representation in that regard. Because other sites may not be hosted or controlled by THR, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites or the content they provide which may be different from THR’s practices.

Every booking will be forwarded to the corresponding hotel via Unplugged Edition platform. Thus, an accommodation contract comes into effect, via mouse click, when making a booking. You will receive a customer booking email confirming your booking. The procurement for the booking is free of charge for you. Bookings are not transferable to any other person and can not be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.
ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT AND PAYMENT
The accommodation contract comes into effect immediately between you and the hotel of your choice, when making a booking. You pay the confirmed price directly in the hotel. Any claims and obligations out of the accommodation contract only exist between you and the hotel chosen by you.
The hotel will require credit card details to guarantee reservations. In order to protect and encrypt your credit card information, this website uses the industry standard the “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology, the most secure technology available. For certain restricted rates (promotions, discount rates, …) the hotels may require that payment is made upfront resulting in charging or pre-authorizing your credit card. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations have to be carried out via this website and/or email email@example.com.
All copyright, patent, intellectual and other property rights in information contained herein is owned by the Company or other third parties. No rights of any kind are licensed or assigned or shall otherwise pass to persons accessing such information.
